We are currently evaluating our programs and would appreciate your help by completing the following:

 

1. Pre-placement questionnaire. You will complete this survey in the morning of day 1 of placement (or at a pre-placement briefing the week prior to placement). You will be asked about your levels of confidence about the placement experience, and for some basic demographics. 

 

2. Post-placement questionnaire. You complete this survey on the last day of placement. You will be asked the same set of confidence questions so that we can see whether this has improved after placement. You will also be asked to assess the placement experience. 

 

3. Sessions evaluation. At the end of placement go to this link and rate each day's activities using the online questionnaire.
