Projects in need of participants
The projects below need participants. Most of them are online. All of them have human ethics approval. Most of them offer the opportunity to enter a draw to win one of a handful of Au$100 cash cards - you gain an extra entry for each study you complete (details at the end of each study). More studies will be added shortly. All are real research, leading to papers or theses - please help me and my students to collect data!
Direct entry to second-year university
This is part of an OLT (Office for Learning and Teaching) funded project seeking to ease the transition to university for VET entering second year directly. We are seeking second-year university students AND VET students in courses that allow direct transition to 2nd-year university.
Ethical behaviours in the counselling profession
One of my PhD canddiates (Paul) is exploring how counsellors (therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, welfare workers, counsellors, etc) understand ethics. He is currently seeking students in any related courses to complete an online questionnaire.
Emotional competence of tertiary students
Perception of timber as a building product
Funded by the FWPA, this project seeks to understand what people think about wood as a building product. Anyone can complete this online questionnaire.
